Here are the tasks for the next two weeks. I will set more exercises after the New Year.
- Would you time your abacus practice for both adding and taking away 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,and 9 and let me know the time it takes you to complete all the additions and subtractions?
- Do Flash Cards Peacock Quiz 1. This is a new quiz under Flash Cards.
- Do Quizzes without using your abacus – Do Peacock Multiplication 1.0. When you think you can complete the exercise faster, please try out Peacock Multiplication 1.1.
- Listening – Please complete listening tasks which you haven’t tried. Do Toucan 2.20 and 2.21.
- Please complete Peacock Book 1 pages 9 to 11 and 13 to 14.

Evie did the tasks but unfortunatley didnt pass the 2.21 we will do this again. She did the taking away and adding up her times were 1 – 90 add – 1.07 and taking away – 90 – 1.13 hope we did it right. She is well on with her book and has done the pages from last week she missed.

Hi Anita,
Thanks for the updates. We will need to arrange for a Skype session to see how she gets on on the abacus practice. She seems to be doing very well on all the other tasks. She is particularly quick on her two digits multiplication quiz. I hope you have a lovely Christmas and New Year. Nisih x
